What's your question? I'm no expert on skin problems but I know that digesting milk products causes eczema in a lot of people. A lot of people also suffer contact reactions from milk which is found in some laundry products, soaps and cleaning products. Latex is made using milk too, so be careful with rubber gloves, condoms etc.

dark areas under your eyes can be a classic sign of an intolerance/mild allergy.

won't hurt to avoid dairy for a few weeks to see if it improves. is that your only symptom? as if it is then why do you think dairy is a problem?

I've not heard of that one before. Why not try going dairy free for a few weeks, I'm sure you will feel healthier and happier in other ways if you do have an underlying intolerance.

Drinking more water and eating lots of fresh fruit and veg will probably help you too but as far as I know some people are genetically more likely to get dark circles than others no matter what they do to avoid them. You might just have to resort to a concealer.

Hi all,

I use a No 7 Liquid foundation from Boots and that tends to keep the blackness from under my eyes. I used to suffer from blackness under the eyes and have found that eating less dairy has helped.

Hope this is helpful.

Kind Regards,

Lan.
