hi, went for a wander on the web. firstly had a look at the coeliacs site

quite usefull for gluten free people but also had a very good link to a allergy receipe site:

you feed in the requirements and they send you emails of receipes.

you might already know of them but thought i'd post the links for those who don't.

Thanks Matt - this looks like a really helpful site.

I got some childrens dairy free cook books from the library the other day, but a lot of the recipes I was interested in had soya cheese, soya cream etc which is no good, so to be able to tap in soya free as well as a requirement is very useful. Will have a good look at this in a couple of days time when the kids are back at school (hurray)! and I have more time to myself - I cant wait!

If there's any recipes in particular that you are looking for post a request on the recipies section. It's surprising how many foods are possible just by substituting ingredients.
