I had discovered a soup meal in Tesco that was yummy. It was chicken with loads of vegetables too. I have only had about three tins in two months.

The last time I had half the tin I was not well the next morning. I had the other half of the tin for lunch the next day and so the next morning I suffered again. I was ok after that so I guess I am now allergic to something else - oh dear the list is getting longer (I need a crying emiticon). My money is on either the onion or pepper. I will have to test this out sometime I suppose.

I think I should make a list of my problems on a card to carry with me at all times. If I ever have to go to hospital I will starve :(

Poor you. Onion sometimes gives me griping stomach pains and an urgent need for the loo the following morning, though I don't seem to suffer as bad now as I did a few years ago.

What was the soup? I've never managed to find a chicken one without milk in and I always used to like chicken soup or mushroom soup. I've never found any cup-a-soups that don't have milk in either.

yeah i try to avoid onions, i love them but they do not like me.

i've given up trying to find a soup that i can eat. quite honestly if i fancy anthing like that get a cup boiling water and add a 1/2 stock cube. exactly the same but no milk. i use knorr stock cube to cook with.

I know what you mean about soups - I really miss a nice hot bowl of chicken soup too. I did recently find a Weight Watchers vegetable soup that was very nice and dairy free. Probably not much use if onions are off the menu though.

I will have a look next time I am in Tesco - I don't have any soup in the cupboard now. My husband had the last tin - said it was nice. All I remember is that it is Tesco own. They do a beef version too but that has dairy in if my memory is ok.

Morrisons don't do chicken noodle. Maybe I ought to have a trip to Tesco.

aren't we adventurous? discussing soups and where to get them!! i usually don't as they fill me up without the calories and i need every calorie i can get. plus if they haven't got dairy in then they've got wheat in!! still if that's the worst that life throws at me.....:lol2:
