Hi, I found your site by accident looking at the Allergy show. I had my results back last week from the York Test and I have an intollerance to Cows Milk, unfortunately I also have intollerances to Eggs, Yeast, Lentils, Brazil Nuts, Cranberry, Kiwi, Sunflower Seeds and have to rotate Wheat, Garlic Cashew & Hazelnuts. I have been on my exclusion diet a week now, it's pretty hard as I have also given up my almost tipple of wine due to the yeast:(. Never mind, I'm glad I found your site as it will be a big help.

Wow Walki, what can you eat? It sounds like you are going to have a really tough time if you want to eat out anywhere and you're going to be getting very creative in the kitchen with the limitations that you've got.

Make friends with your local health food shop owner, then they will help you get the right foods even if they have to order them in, they'll also give you lots of advice about suitable foods. Foods Matter magazine might also be helpful, as they specialise in multiple allergies. They have a web site with lots of info about the magazine on but it is only available by subscription.

I'm glad you found us anyway and I hope you'll stick around and contribute.

welcome to the site. hope we can help in some way. it'll all seem very daunting at first but it does become easier and more of a routine when you get used to it.

get used to reading the ingredients very carefully. hope your eyesight is good!
