Urgent Food Warning From Sainsburys

In the Guardian newspaper today there is a large public notice from Sainsbury's.

Important Safety Notice

Frozen Freefrom Rasberry Iced Dessert 500ml (all date codes)

Frozen Freefrom Toffee and Walnut Iced Dessert 500ml (all date codes)

A routine quality check has identified traces of a dairy ingredient in the above products that are part of Sainsbury's Freefrom range and are labelled as Dairy Free.

As a precautionary measure, Sainsbury's is recalling these products.

Customers who have a dairy allergy and have bought these products should return them to any Sainsbury's store where they will be given a full refund.

No other Sainsbury's Freefrom products are affected.

We apologise to our customers for any inconvenience that this may cause.

When I checked on new posts at lunch time I did not see Matt's post, sorry. I was in a hurry so just believed that the forum new posts thingy was telling the truth. Unlike Matt I did not make a personal comment - couldn't think of anything polite at the time :)
