benn told to go back onto dairy free after a 2 year gap wish doctors would make up there minds. it does not matter i quite enjoy tucking into green and blacks cherry chocolate with out anyone asking for any

Nice to see you back again. I've just been looking at your old messages and saw that you have IBS which you thought was triggered by dairy foods. What have you been doing to ease your symptoms when you went back onto dairy? Did you try excluding other foods? It must be really frustrating for you when the doctor is so little help.
