Forum members can now post new items on the front page :D
To do this, just post your news artice in the forum "Site News" which you can find here (http://www.dairyfree.org.uk/forum/index.php?act=SF&f=23).
Once the news item has been approved by a moderator, it will be posted in the main news section on the site.
