I love these shakes they do @ £1-34 for 3 or upto 55p each from health food shops they are great for home or packed lunches/days out.

Come in chocolate, strawberry & banana.

My fave is strawberry & i buy full box when i go as i go thru at least 4 a day.

its lactose and dairy free and has extra calcium in it..

10/10 is the marks I give..
Buy from sainsburys, near tea /coffee selection..or asda near dry milks/soy milks/milk shakes

Love the cat picture, have 4 myself. Cammie the only girl is dairy free as well.

I totally agree about the shakes, strawberry is my fave as well. Not so fussed on the other flavours, but that's because I didn't like them before I was dairy free either.

I love banana but travelled 70 miles 2 find it then i didnt like it, so its back 2 strawberry and just up the rd lol. banana one in safeways is nice but smaller but hard 2 find. choc is yuck..dont like choc anyway lol.

I hate banana as well and never was a fan of choclate. I have 4 cats, Cammie, Lister, Dexter and Rincewind. The last one is named by my partner who likes Terry Pratchett.

The tabby kitten on the far right is a cutie!

We're anti cats here though I'm afraid, hubby is allergic to them and we get so fed up of everyone else's cats using our garden as a toilet that they are not too popular

Hi Pam,

Cammie isn't too bad but as Lister nervy, he's not very happy. At the minute Lister has an eye infection, and is feeling very sorry for himself. Have just finished fleaing the house as, Dexter (Ginger) was riddled with them. But oh well, that's life...

You can attach images using the "IMG" button when entering a message, if the images are already available on the internet. Steve is looking into being able to upload images from the computer.

hope so would love 2 share pics. mazza looks like negative of felix and dodger id like kitten of thos ebiscuits ..

anyway had nice barm 2day and enjoyed it. goin back 2 shop 2moz and get more, i had some cakes wasnt inpressed by those more chocolately and 12 minis for £5..ok 4 parties so dont get left out i suppose lol.

gonna make provamel smoothies 2moz too and cake with cream, dairy free aswell, will let u all know results..

Just below the box where you enter your message there is a "File Attachments" section. Just select the file on your computer and when you submit your message the image will be attched :D

Hi all

this is pic of my baby..Dodger when i moved in ..it was about 8-9 yrs ago and hes still a babe.
He won't drink milk, nor water ..did try soya milk but gone off it and only like prawn juice now, he has a tube from his bladder ..

he nearly died but hes ok now and dribbles with appreciation, knits my hair holds my hand and kisses me when i ask for snog i get bite on chin, he kisses on nose or pecks lips, or even if u ask 4 a love he will put his head on your cheek, he will squeeze your hand if u ask him to by saying, your turn lol.


will dig one out of mary in a while..

Dodger is gorgeous. Please attach more photos of him and Mary as well.

Must say that Dodger does look like an older version of Dexter. Hope Dexter is that cute when he's older.
