I was dragged by a friend at the weekend to a wonderful establishment called Shakeaway. They do the most fantastic flavours of milkshake, and they can be made completely dairy free for a pretty good number of them. I indulged in a giner one, and I could have cried when I reached the end of it, it was so good

They have branches in Bournemouth, Southampton, Brighton, Bath, Reading, Croydon and Kingston

Check out the flavours on www.shakeaway.com

Brilliant website and worth a visit - list of flavours amazing - worth a bit of a journey to try out I reckon. Shame dairy free options are for soya milk - will have to send an e-mail and suggest other alternatives such as rice milk. then again we dont live nearby so would be a bit of a trip just so my daughter could try them.

Orio cookie flavour looked good - really loved orio cookies when visited america and miss them now - only ones i've found here have dairy in.

That sounds like an absolutely amazing place. And I know exactly where the Reading one is (although I've never seen it). I will definitely have to make a visit there next time I'm in Reading.

Hi all,

Will have to have a look for that place as am in Reading this weekend. On Saturday we are doing pole dancing for a hen night and then going shopping.

Kind Regards,

Lan. :D

Thank goodness!
This was the one thing I will miss when I'm dairy-free. Shakeaway shakes are lovely, and were a regular part of my diet when I had days off from college and would wander around Southampton with my mates. :)
