A thought just struck me - is it intolerance or allergy?

I'd just realised that since going fully milk-free I don't think I've seen a slight skin irritation I'd had off and on for quite some time (a while before my bad symptoms appeared). Sometimes I'd get a small sore patch of red skin in my armpits and it would smell a bit yukky, but I can't remember the last time I got it. I wonder if that is associated with my milk problem and if so maybe that means I've got an allergy rather than just an intolerance. Will need to keep an eye on it now and see if it returns or not.

why check something out unless the limb is actualy hanging off? from what i've read it could still be either intolerance or allergy. skin probs associated with either. i may be wrong. it is 4am and my brain doesn't work at the best of times!!

either way just avoid and see if the skin probs come back. or you can test yourself. expose to only protein element see if reaction=allergy

Well I used to think it came on when it was really hot and I went around with sweaty pits all day :yucky: but I've had that a lot recently and I've not seen more than a slight reddening of the skin in a small area. Will keep an eye on it...
