Recently I have been having problems with my diet again, just now I am intolerant to something else. Have had all the symptoms and last week felt too tired to carry on.

I have seen my Doctor and am awaiting to see a dietician, when this happens I will be keeping an elimination diet diary on this site. Would anyone who is going through similar problems be interested in keeping a public diary on this site, so everyone can benefit from your experience.

I hope this will help anyone who is in this position, and if you feel you would like to do this, please do not hesitate to contact me.

I will also be putting a poll on my site regarding manufacturers labels, as I would like to see how everyone feels on the subject.

Keep you posted.

Poor you Lan

You must feel like you are banging your head against a brick wall, everytime you think you have got to grips with your allergies something else comes up to knock you back. I hope you're feeling better soon and get some answers from the dietician.

i to am dairiy and egg allergic for the past three years. and you have to remember most medicines are dairy based and turkey , hotdogs, lunchmeat, polish sausages are all encased in dairy in the coating. also carmel coloring has dairy in it. and apple cider vinegar is a hidden dairy. most labels dont put the word dairy on it. and the dairy free item could be run on the same line as the companies dairiy products. which contaminates it. this has opened my eyes to the fact that the world is not ready for our allergies . the food available is rare.
