Does anyone know of brands of basic holiday medicines that are dairy free?

I normally take paracetamol, rennie's and Beechams all in one medicine. That seems to do the trick for me?

Are there any particular medicines you would like to now about?

I buy paracetamol from Boots ot Tesco - both do not contain lactose but I always check. I don't really take anything else.

Yeah, I managed to get some paracetamol and ibrupfroen, that are all lactose free, so hopefully that'll be all I need.
I can't think of much else I need, its not as if I'm going out to some remote place!!
