I keep meaning to post info on this particular company which I visited at the Herts County Show back in May. They are based in Stevenage, Herts and the Company is run by one person Michelle Maddren who I believe has various intolerances herself. She specialises in home cooking for dairy free and wheat/gluten free diets but also diebetics and others as well. They go to various Farmers markets inc Hatfield, St Albans, Letchworth , Ely and Biggleswade (Cant remember who it is who has just moved there but think they go there every 3rd Wednesday in the month)
