Yesterday in my local co-op my milk leaked all over the shopping and I can't touch milk at all. It was all over my hands and my basket of shopping ! I explained about my allergy and they were fantastic! They sent someone round to reshop my whole shop and let me in the back to wash my hands! I was very pleased with them. :D I don't feel well today and am off my food so I know I am not quite right but accidents do happen and they couldn't have been more helpful. Well done to them!

Its nice when companies care about their customers. Hope you feel better soon :)
May be nice to send them a message of thanks as well- Its so easy to complain about companies, but then people don't praise very good service.
