Hi everyone.
well I just made the honey fruit & nut crunch out of the dairy free lactose free diet plan book & I must say that its delicious!
So for those who have not got the book I scanned the page in and cleaned it up as best I could. You can use the porridge from asda its 100% rolled oats and the millet flakes can be bought from health food shop. More expensive, but not like buying those prepared Dairy free breakfasts! remember you can't have muelsi or other ready breaky cereals, so best to make your own and the book mentioned here is well worth the £7-99.
anyway I got rest of stuff from asda..clear honey in squeezable container 98p. heres the recipe.
