I know they are fairly evil, but they are the only sandwich place on my way to work and as some days I oversleep and don't make lunch, I thought I should find out what if any of their food was safe for dairy free....
I was pleasantly surprised as unlike M&S they don't use butter in the majority of their sandwiches containing mayo. I've typed out a handy list of what is OK so I thought I'd post it here for people - I guess they may change recipes though so keep an eye out :(

No Bread Tuna Sandwich
Vegetarian Sushi
Nut Munch snack (sounds obvious but I had some smoked almonds the other day that turned out to have lactose in!!!)
Sea Salt crisps
Nuts & Bolts
Parsnip Crisps
Popcorn (Sweet & savory)
Sweet Chilli Crisps
Vegetable crisps

Bacon & Egg Baguette
Chicken & Noodle Wrap
Egg & tomato sandwich
Hoisin Duck Wrap
Tuna Salad Baguette
Salmon & Egg baguette
Chicken Noodle Salad
Chilli Beef soup
Crayfish Salad bowl
Crayfish & salmon salad bowl
fish sushi
Malaysian chicken soup
miso soup
Tuna salad bowl
No Bread crayfish & avocado
No Bread houmous
All Day Breakfast sandwich
Big BLT sandwich
Chicken & avocado sandwich
crayfish & avocado sandwich
crayfish & rocket sandwich
egg mayo sandwich
pastrami bloomer
tuna salad sandwich
superclub sandwich
chicken & basil salad
egg, bacon & tom sandwich
salmon & egg sandwich (yuck!)
tuna st tropez sandwich
Turkey, sausage & mustard sandwich
houmous and salad sandwich

Hope this is useful to some of you - from the titles it seems obvious but I have been caught out so much with dressings etc before I was pleasantly surprised to see such a big list! The nutritional info is on their website but you need to do what I did and go to each product individually.

Alexx - that's really handy, thanks. Though I've always liked the sound of the salmon and egg baguette, and never been able to find a branch that actually sells it...

That is a very impressive list. Sadly I am so sensitive to lactose that even the wrong margarine on one bread roll is enough to make me feel unwell :(

that's a shame Copper :(
The website does say that all the above are suitable for dairy free diets and most of them don't contain butter or marge, just mayo, but I know what you mean when it isn't worth the risk - I just sometimes really need a quick lunch !
Nic if you find it let me know if it is nice! :D
