I'm going away next month and would like to take some hot choccy sachets with me. Does anyone know of a milk free brand that can be made up using water (we'll only have a kettle in our room) and which comes in individual sachets?

Failing that, does anyone know of a brand that can be made up with water but only comes in jars/tubs?

Green and Black's (the ordinary one) comes in a jar and can be made with only water (that's how I drink it at work).

I have the same hot chocolate as PA with the smallest amount of Lactolite milk you can imagine in it. It is an acquired taste :)

I use Cadbury drinking chocolate, half fill with boiling water and top up with soya milk or just heat up some Alpro chocolate milk (from the fridge in supermarkets - 1 litre cartons). But you can't really do that in a hotel room with no fridge.

You could buy some small chocolate milk shake cartons (Alpro) but I don't know about heating it. Once upon a time you could buy heating elements that you plugged into the mains and just stood in a cup, I don't know if they are still available but it would be useful.

Green and Blacks smells really nice. It does smell better than it tastes but you get used to it after a while.

I use Cadburys drinking chocolate with half soya milk, (heated in the microwave) and half boiling water. Not much use if you don't have a microwave or cooker though!
