in which I post recipes and recommendations for books etc - obviously the stuff I cook is dairy free so if it says "butter" or "milk" I mean "pure" and "soya milk" for us lot ;)
Also I don't reproduce recipes that aren't in the public domain already cos of copyright, but if someone wants a dish that is named but not detailed, PM me and I'll send you it!
