Just found out that Alpro Soya and So Good have malto dextrin in, which is corn basically. I did know I wasn't great after a cuppa tea but didn't realise, as I thought 'no milk must mean it's ok'.

So back to that disgusting tiger white which curdles then I guess..

I'm not looking forward to the festive season v much. Am really struggling to find anything suitable to munch on. There's some fruit slices from the village bakery but nothing else as I can't do their mince pies or anything.

Going into Tesco's the other day and seeing a whole aisle full of chocolate was horrible.

:headbang:

Hi there, I eat the kallo rice bars and they are tasty. They are literally rice cakes and nutty chocolate. The ingredients are posted below: 50% wholegrain brown rice, vegetable fat, sugar, hazlenuts (10%) maltodextrin, cocoa powder (4%), sea salt Hope this helps. Lan

PinkyPrincess - is ricemilk no good either? Or what about tescos own soya milk - the value stuff was always just organic soya beans, water and salt, if I remember correctly.

Thanks Lan - I can't have maltodextrin as it's corn.

Everything's got corn in it, I don't understand!!

Rice milk should be ok but I think it tends to curdle more than soya doesn't it. I haven't seen Tesco's own soya milk - I will try that instead. The So Good does taste better but I guess that's because it's got so many other ingredients in. Thanks for the tip Twinkle.

Hi Pinky. It is such a shame as these bars are very tasty. Anything else I can get I will let you know. Worth it in case you can have it. Take care. Lan
