:D I've just bought an excellent little book of vegan cake recipes (no milk or eggs) called The Cake Scoffer by Ronny (price £1). The recipes are very simple and easy to follow so should suit even the least domesticated of us. I got my copy from www.viva.org.uk Viva also produce other guides and recipe books for vegans/vegetarians which have useful explanations of what foods are and where they come from. If you don't want to buy, some of the guides are reproduced on the web site.
