hi ive been away for a while due to fiancee leaving me having nervous breakdown meeting someone fantastic and finally happy, followed the cows milk diet stuffed myself silly with chocolate and milk and my god does it catch up with you 6 packs of laxatives later and still struggling. so back on dairy free and feeling fantastic!
