Pringles Original (big tube and snack-size) are DAIRY-, GLUTEN, and NUT-FREE. Eden quite likes them and they are not very salty at all. Occasionally she will get a lunch-size pack, great for weight gain in a child, if all else fails!!! It's only those that I have found to be free of anything.

I keep an eye on the tick boxes on the side. The barbeque, original and paprika are listed as vegetarian and vegan, so should be ok for lactose-haters. Haven't seen any new packaging packs with allergy info yet though (still eating the ones I bought before Christmas).

When I went milk-free I rang pringles to ask and they gave me the list of ok variants, but also sent me a £3 voucher in the post - used that when Tesco were doing 2 packs for £1.60!

You can look up any allergy info on their website.

I've not had Pringles for ages (I used to be addicted, whats going on!?!)
I rely on the tick boxes, plus ingredients list on them as well.
Pringles aren't that expensive Matt, as they're usually on special offer, and a tube should last a while!!

My daughter loves pringles with taramasalata as a dip - I dont think taram--- is gluten free, but definately dairy free
