Some of you may notice that the forum looks a little different, and some of the navigation menus have disappeared.

This is because i accidentally removed one of the style files . I have reset everything and i am trying to get it all back up and running properly again.

If you notice any problems then let me know here and i will get it fixed.

No arcade!!!! I don't use it as much these days but I had just gone to great lengths to get the Screwball title and I bet this means we'll have to start again now.

Glad the snow has gone though.

Morning Matt, not often that we are around at the same time, but I've noticed you have been here a little later recently.

Hubby was just looking at your deer/stag photos and wondered how you managed to snap them.

Can you pm me the geocache link please?

Sorry, gone off topic as usual here!

Pam, you can still get to the arcade, its just a matter of knowing how!!

This will take you into the arcade, as usual :) Have fun!!
Maybe I should have kept this to myself and then I could work on taking all the titles!?!

Steve, I don't know whether this is just my computer being a bit daft, but I noticed there's no longer a list of people who are in chat up on the home screen.

Steve

you may also want to have a look at your profile pages, making a couple of changes to it :)

Any additional information you would like added on there, let me know.

I have changed mine now, don't think it actually tells anyone anything useful!! Thanks Steve.

Steve

I just thought that some extra information may be useful, more active members on the site now and it's getting harder to remember details about people.

If anyone has any suggestions for more info to add let me know.

matt

well i've added a little more for anyone who doesn't already know and is insane enough to ask.:lol2:

As some of you may have noticed there have been a few minor changes on the site over the last couple of days.

If you now look on the forum index there are now sections for adding recipies and products. Over the next week or two i'll be working on adding the products that were listed on the site previously and i'll move recipes out of the old forum into the new categories.

Hi Steve, question for you, how techie do you need to be to set one of these sites up. Just asking as I think this is great and would be brilliant to have one for our support group, but I'm no techie!!!!

Steve
02-03-2006, 08:46 AM
You need a little bit of technical knowledge to get a site set up but once it's up and running it's easy enough to run.

If you want some details, feel free to e-mail me

As many of you have noticed i have changed the user profile section of the website to add a bit more information.

There is an addon that will extend this further so it's similar to a MySpace profile. Anyone interested in having this? If enough people think it's a good idea then i'll add it.

Here's an example of what it could look like:

Copper- Lots not have ageism on the site, and certainly not from you. I expect better from you. If it was Matt, I could understand it, but you?!
I'm in shock....

Copper

I thought it looked like something our students would enjoy filling in. I have to admit that I couldn't see exactly what it was all about as it was a bit small for my eyesight.

matt
08-03-2006, 03:53 AM
now i'm being accused of ageism!!! and i've always been on my best behaviour too!! well ok sometimes....

would anyone really want to know any more details of me?

hell go for it steve then people can fill in as much or as little as hey want to

copper with all the interesting stuff you do i'm sure you could fill it up.

wonder how many times i can write "warning may contain nuts" in my profile?

cnc
08-03-2006, 09:23 AM
Steve, it would give Matt more stuff to do on a morning :) So it's maybe a good idea!!

cnc

Copper, that isn't true!! I will refer you to my other post. It was actually a compliment in a way- as I trust you to correct any random rubbish I post. (Please note that it has taken me a lot of effort to come on here and type in a vaguely coherent way :D )

Copper
