Has anyone tried this? I bought it at Sainsbury's it's quite nice on Pasta and with Salad, but use to much and it does tastea bit salty. But the best thing is I feel as if I can do something "normal"...I miss cheese on my Pasta so much and this goes someway to putting that right.

I know that Lan uses this and thinks it's fantastic.
She would use it on every meal she eats if she could :D
She'll probably post her opinion on it soon.

Hi, Jacqui the new girl here !! :D
Well I must say that this is a case of 'one man's meat ....'
I bought some of this stuff and found it sickable ( as the BFG would say !)
I know what you mean about missing cheese though, especially for me as ceasar salad which was always my favorite food. :(
Hi all,
Parmasano I feel is the best thing going, and great on pasta. I seem to be in the smallest majority of this vote but before being dairy intolerant, cheese was my favourite.
I also love cheezly and praise that and parmazano highly. I guess it is all down to taste but hey what can I say, I love them.
Kind Regards,

Hi All
Just found this site today and think it's fab. I was diagnosed as milk intolerance 3 years ago and spend hours combing the shelves looking for Sheep milk cheese.
I have two favourites. For those who like hard chese then try Manchego, and for those who previously loved brie try village maid- it's even better than Brie.
Enjoy

My lactose tolerance level has gone down yet again. I can tolerate a small amount each day and any sort of dairy cheese is off the menu :(
I have read that all mammal milk contains lactose - so cheese made from sheep milk would make me ill.

Lan, Thanx for mentioning cheezly ! After trying the Parmazano and two 'cheese' spreads and finding them unpleasent I had decided not to bother with cheese substitutes again. However when I was in the healthfood shop yesterday I saw they had cheezly and, remembering your recomendation, I decided to give it a go and I really enjoyed it !! I will also try to get some 'village maid' that Steph recomened now, as I do/did love brie. :D
Hi Jacqui,
Am so glad that I am not the only one who likes cheezly. I adore this cheese and have found 3 flavours so far.
The original
Nacho
Bacon
I find the nacho to spicey however and prefer the original.
Keep enjoying.
